The following will sound scary. But, as long as you didn't swipe the picture and have everyone's permission... it is usually not a problem. Be brave read on...

Conditions

  • All pictures must be accompanied by a completed Entry Form.
  • Pictures will NOT be returned to you, ever.
  • All rights to the use of the picture(s) sent are relinquished by you, to us. 100% and forever.
  • We reserve the sole right to decide which pictures will be placed on this web site.
  • We reserve the right to consider pictures showing riders with helmets better than riders without helments.

Terms

  • Once a picture is received all rights to it transfer to us, forever.

  • The only payment for all rights for the use of the picture(s) is a chance to win a set of our Mud Tires.

Other Legal Stuff

  • Right to use an image... Be sure you own the image. This means you took the picture or the person that did, gave it to you knowing that it would appear on the Internet and that you might profit from it. Take care of yourself, be able to prove that.

  • Right to use somebody's face... Generally, you can take a picture of anyone at a public gathering and use the picture. There are limits and conditions to that. Limits mostly apply in regard to injuring someone. Ask the person that wears the face, if there is any doubt.

  • You promise... By signing the Entry Form (it is written there too) you promise us that you own the picture and have the rights needed to give us the picture and all rights to it and if you get us sued, you will pay whatever it costs us.

If YOU find your picture on this web site...

  • OK, there is your face and you are doing something you thought would be really cool and turned out really... ...er... um.... OK stupid and you didn't know your buddy took the picture, much less sent it to us... call us (see the contacts page). This is all in fun and we will do what we can to correct any problem.
