and the Contestant agrees to give to the Owner the enclosed photographs and all rights to said photographs and has no expectation of the photographs being returned.

The Contestant hereby declares that the Contestant has all rights necessary and sufficient to grant to the Owner all rights to said photographs and understands said photographs are for use in various media for the Owner's advertising purposes and for use on the Internet.

The Contestant agrees to hold the Owner harmless from any use of said photos due to the Contestant's misrepresentation of the Contestant's rights to grant rights to the said photos.

The Contestant agrees to hold the Owner harmless from third parties appearing in said photographs and hereby states Contestant has the permission of said third parties for use of said photographs.

The Contestant hereby states the Contestant is of legal age in their state of residence or that the Contestant has their legal guardian/parent's permission to submit said photographs and enter this contest (requires guardian/parent's signature below).

The Owner hereby advises the Contestant that this contest may not be permitted by all states or municipalities. In those areas this contest offer is void.
